Shot by Steven Klein, each star used a a number of creator to stand for their era. Knightley, the star of the aughts, was dressed in Chanel and was changed into a golden haired with locks crawled returning, presenting her red mouth and dense eye-brows. Johansson used Dolce and Gabbana and rocked the 90s grunge look with two-toned locks, strong red mouth, body art designs and a nasal area band. Wasikowska showed the ’80s in Balenciaga with a brief mod hairstyle such as small edge, intense eye darkness and really vibrant colored ear-rings. Mara was the ’70s design dressed in Prada with a brief dull bob and a huge Albertus plum hat.

Mara, the vampish muse herself, was worldwide makeup expert Pat McGrath’s drive. Her part in The Lady With the Monster Tattoo would begin a pattern of “gothic beauty” with the design runways of the fall winter reveals of 2012 using pale-faced charm, black mouth and androgynous shaping to create an air of mysticism.

Instead of enjoying their times, the ladies delved into what they disliked about their years in the journal. Johansson speaks about the turtleneck pattern of the 90s: “They’re awful. I tried to get into them because they are so sensible, but they are just so sad.” Knightley speaks about her own design man made pas: “I think thin denims and tiny minisks are very bad. I’ve been known to put on both, but on some times it seems like they were made to cause you to knowledge bad about yourself.”
