Watching TV at All times can be a Cause for being Overweight


Referring to base of way of life habits being set up as early as pre-school, a research found that nearly half of obese kids ate dinner in front of the TV more than three times a week.

The research, led by Patricia Sturdy, from the Sydney School of Public Health, also revealed not many mother and father realize their kids have a body weight problem.

The research of more than 1,200 kids outdated up to five years found almost a third of obese kids had a TV in their bed rooms, the news letter well being Treatment revealed.

More than 60 % of both healthy and obese kids were honored for good habits with candies, while more than one-fifth of obese and obese kids did not eat morning meal, according to a Sydney report.

70% of mother and father of obese pre-school kids believed their kid was the 'right weight' and 30 % of the mother and father of obese kids believed their kid was the right body weight.
