Watch Cheryl Cole Seduce the Universe in “Under the Sun” (Bonus: Drinking Game!)

In Britain, it’s as regular as sunrise: every few weeks there will be a new video by Cheryl Cole, who we’d continue to call Cheryl Cole even if our site did regularly cover Tiegs, Strayed or Blossom. In Britain, Cheryl Cole has her own, extensive mythology. But in the United States, though, Cheryl Cole is best known not for her will.i.am and Alex da Kid collaborations but for being the person who was on The X Factor until she wasn’t, on grounds of having an accent.

Luckily, you don’t need the British context to grasp the idea of this video: Cheryl Cole is hot and does hot things for several minutes. We could do a couple of things with this. We could give you a detailed play-by-play of what Cheryl Cole does to whom, where and when. Or, because the writing for that would look like sexy madlibs after minute one, we could let you discover it for yourself. If you need convincing besides “Cheryl Cole is hot and does hot things,” we’ve even provided a short drinking game, because this sort of strutting is best done with a buzz. When Cheryl Cole does something vaguely seductive with some sort of prop: Take a drink. Find a similar prop. Re-enact.

When the sky looks Instagrammed: Take a drink. Photograph it.

When someone makes a facial expression, lustful or disgusted, that’d make a good GIF: Take a drink. But don’t make that GIF. Think of how your sober self will react.

At 2:00, when the woman in the awesome purple dress appears: Take a drink. Go to eBay. Frantically search for the dress that will make you look that princess-like.

When this gets a U.S. release: Finish your glass, or raise it. You pick.
